 Brian Gatfield Chairman Brian joined Catalyst in 2003 and was appointed Chairman in 2006. He is a Director and former Chairman of Metro GlassTech, Chairman and Director of Valley Longwall Group, a former Director of Taverner Hotel Group and Eurovox, and former Chairman of Serck Controls. Previously, Brian was CEO of Schroders Australia Ltd until 1987 when he established his own business specialising in turnarounds and workouts, subsequently expanding into acquisition of impaired debt and distressed property assets.
